Krav Maga for Beginners will teach you the fundamentals you need to know within the Krav Maga self defense system. No prior self defense experience necessary to start. That's what makes this class perfect for beginners regardless of age, size, or fitness level. Safety is our number one concern and we strive to provide a non-intimidating learning environment for everyone! Training in Krav Maga will get you in great shape and give you the skills you need to effectively protect yourself and your loved ones.

CT/Krav Maga 2 is our Intermediate class for those who successfully test out of KMB. Here you'll learn additional combatives, counters, and defenses that require a full understanding of the fundamentals found in Level 1. We ratch up the intensity a bit more and begin to introduce weapon defenses/disarms as well as sparring. Shin guards, boxing gloves, and a mouth piece will be needed for all Level 2 students.
In our Advance Class, students will learn techniques and strikes that require more coordination, balance, speed, and precision. All of which will have been acquired from attending and successfully completing levels 1 and 2. Regular sparring sessions are conducted in lieu of our standard warm-ups. Along with combination strike drills and more!
The techniques you learn will be very similar to what you'll see in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but it's important to note that this is NOT a BJJ class. We grapple but don't train for competition or tournaments. We train in t-shirt, pants/shorts, and shoes just like what you're probably wearing right now. Our goal is to get you to a level of proficiency so you can "hold your own" if the fight goes to the ground. In other sessions we also implement weapons, non-sport techniques, and tactics to deal with multiple attackers.
